Request for Records
To obtain records you may submit a request below (download available) or in person at the Police Station.
It is our goal to provide the public with access to information legally defined as public, while maintaining the confidentiality of information exempted by law. If the requested report is approved for release, some information may be redacted.
The Police department will accept all report requests in person during normal business hours listed above, by U.S. Postal Service, by fax or telephone request if the same person will come to the station to pick up such request. Please allow up to 10 business days to acknowledge and process records requests.
**Please note this is form is not used for reporting property lost or stolen**

Please Note:
- That based on your relationship to the reported incident certain information will be redacted from the requested report and identification may be requested.
- A fee may be assessed in accordance with MGL 66/10 Public Records Law. A good faith estimate will be provided upon records request.
- If payment is not received ten days after providing such good faith estimate, we will close the request without any action.
- Exemptions according to the public records law may apply.
